Member Centre Livebox Second Line Setup
1 Once your broadband is set up you can activate your Second Line by calling us free on 0800 975 0585* and following the instructions. Within 72 hours, you will receive an email confirming your Second Line number and Pin.
2 Then, turn your Livebox off and on at the mains. After a minute the phone symbol on your Livebox will light up.
3 Connect a phone to the adaptor that came with your Livebox. If you need to get another phone, visit the Orange accessories shop.
4 Plug the adapter into the socket next to the broadband cable on your Livebox. The socket is marked with a telephone handset symbol.
